With the gentle hum of conversation and a warm ambiance, La Nonna is perfect for family gatherings, romantic date nights, or simply a delightful meal with friends.

At La Nonna, the menu boasts a wide selection that encourages exploration. Be sure to try the Pinsa Pepperoni for a savory experience kissed with a touch of Mikes Hot Honey that tantalizes the taste buds. And for those burger lovers, the La Nonna Burger is a must, crafted with dry-aged beef and a secret sauce that keeps diners returning for more.

Diving into the Tradizionali section, dishes like the Shrimp Parmigiana and Chicken Francese shine, served with generous portions of pasta that leave a lasting impression. Many guests, such as *Nancy D.*, have praised the hearty servings, noting that "the portions are generous so arrive hungry," which perfectly captures the welcoming spirit of La Nonna. The blend of flavors in the Gnocchi al Pesto and the richly sauced Chicken Parmigiana alla Vodka highlight the restaurant’s commitment to authentic Italian craftsmanship.

The appetizers here are equally delightful; from baked clams to zucchini flowers, each offering is crafted to please. While some visitors have pointed out minor missteps in execution—like over-saucing or slight imbalances in flavors—the majority agree that the overall experience is a memorable one, filled with vibrant colors and mouth-watering aromas. As one happy customer put it, "everything is delicious" and indeed, the kitchen takes pride in ensuring your meal isn't just food, but an experience.

Service at La Nonna typically mirrors the conviviality of the space, with many guests, such as *Darlene R.*, commending the friendly and attentive staff. Even during bustling times, they strive to surprise and please, ensuring that every visit feels special. However, like any flourishing spot, consistency in service can vary, with some guests mentioning the need for a more engaged waiter experience. Regrettably, a bit of electronic music during dinner might be a point of contention for some diners seeking a traditional Italian ambiance, but many still find themselves returning for the culinary offerings.

In essence, La Nonna Ristorante & Bar is not merely a dining destination; it's a celebration of Italian culture through food. With dishes that evoke nostalgia and a space that feels like home, La Nonna invites you to sit back, savor every bite, and create memories, one flavorful dish at a time.

Attended an 80th birthday Sunday midday with almost a dozen family attending. . The place is big, but still inviting. The appetizers were all good, although not the best we've had. Baked clams, zucchini flowers, burrata, and more. I ordered chicken Parmesan which was good, but overly sauced and cheesed. My wife had spaghetti Vongole, which had too much butter that overpowered the subtle taste of the Manila clams. My glass of savignon blanc was delicious. Would I go back (we traveled from manhattan)? I would but the electronic music was the real downer and destroyed any mood of dining in a nice Italian restaurant. We prefer some traditional Italian music or Andrea Bottelli, rather than the droning beat of electronics.

We went to La Nonna for a family dinner of 6 people. The menu was extensive and we all enjoyed our choices very much. The portions are generous so arrive hungry. Loved the appetizers as well - all excellent. I felt the pricing was very reasonable and the service was good. Would definitely return and definitely recommend.

Came here with my family first time for me, food was amazing. The best Alla Vodka ive ever had. Portions were great quality was great. Only thing I did not like was my waiter. He was either annoyed that he was working or I felt he did not like us. We were a party of 6. I think if I had a better waiter I would've gave this place a 5*. I will definitely be back when I'm in town again hope I get someone different.

Perfect place for birthdays and celebrations! They sing and do a candle with ice cream. They even did this for someone's anniversary. Massive space for nyc, indoor and outdoor options. It's decorated like a cute Italian villa osteria vibe. It's great service and tasty reasonably priced food. The red sauce they serve with bread at the start of dinner is unexpectedly delicious with a little spice. I got the house made cavatelli pasta with bolognese. The homemade pasta dishes are def the way to go!
